Gourmet-Ski Courmayeur – 17 to 20 March 2017, Courmayeur, Aosta Valley, Italy
Now in its fourth consecutive year, the Gourmet-Ski experience is an opportunity, curated by Heston Blumenthal, to experience two incredible dinners exclusively created for the event by three of the greatest UK chefs, prepared in rustic mountain settings.
The chefs will devise dishes for menus that are unique to the event, blending their personal styles with the rustic settings and mountain produce. Chefs for 2017 invited by Heston are Sat Bains, Clare Smyth and Claude Bosi.
