We're passionate about using only the best ingredients to create delicious, historically inspired dishes. Many of our dishes have been created with the help of food historians working at Hampton Court Palace. Inspired by the knowledge we have gained, we bring our own delightful versions of Tudor recipes – such as powdered goose, mutton ham, oxtail & kidney pudding and our famous quaking pudding dessert – to the modern gastronomic table.

Head Chef, Kevin Love, brings his passion for British produce and his exacting eye for detail to The Hinds Head team, creating exciting dishes that give pleasure on every level, ensuring a wonderful dining experience.
