Dan joined the team in 2014, starting as Demi Chef de Partie. He’s an integral part of the team and is immersed not just in the exceptional food he produces but the fabric and history of his surroundings and The Fat Duck Group itself.

A great mentor to the team, Dan is especially kind to those who are like him, left-handed, helping them to navigate what can be quite tricky scenarios, especially in presentation, an area where he demonstrates immense flair especially when we are setting up photoshoots.
