Just like our pub, this iconic dish comes with a fair bit of history , allegedly created for the Duke of Wellington himself over 200 years ago. So go on, give your Wednesday some welly and tuck into a rich, crisp, pastry-wrapped masterpiece that packs quite the punch.

Our Hind’s Head Beef Wellington special is available every Wednesday evening, with very limited portions. Once it’s gone… well, it’s properly gone.
