The room is decorated with an ecclectic mix of curious ornaments which sit amongst the original 15th century beams and panels to create a truly memorable venue for your event.
The centre piece of our main wall is the Cockentrice, a magical beast with the head of a boar and the body of a turkey. Heston uncovered this mythical marvel on one of his historical adventures. Its story is wovened into the fabric of the room to be discovered by the keen eyed guest.
Upstairs at the Hind's Head, our Royal Lounge offers you the opportunity to indulge in some fine and classic beverages.
Choose from our extensive list of wines and spirits or order a glass of our house blended champagne or try one of our uniquely creative cocktails.
We offer a full menu of snacks to go with whatever you are drinking and it's hard to resist our selection of crispy Quavers, signature Scotch Egg or Devils on Horseback.
