Josh and Ollie who met at university over ten years ago, have built their shared passion for food, into an exciting fun and rewarding business – thank goodness they were hungry when they visited! Executive Chef Peter Gray, ensured they got a proper insight into what the Hinds Head is about, with its fiercely British traditions, that obviously include our F&C, Peter and the team certainly did not disappoint this foodie pair.
The end result is a fantastic visual overview that takes you on a gastronomic Hinds Head Journey; It is fun to watch and really illustrates both Ollie & Joshes passion for great classics. Take a look.
